Cast adds Dark, Dim, and High Contrast modes, an Auto mode that follows the operating system, and lets each user pick their own.

Cast is currently in beta
The theme APIs are settled — Themes::EVENT_REGISTER_THEMES and the @root/cast-themes file format won't change before 1.0.0, so it's safe to build a theme against them now. The plugin's own settings may still move. Feedback and bug reports are very welcome.
